A full body Power Yoga class focused on creating greater strength, mobility, and stability through a sequence of dynamic, flowing movement. For this class, we'll use 2 blocks, 1 blanket, and 1 strap. If you don't have props at home, modify poses as needed to support your body. I look forward to guiding your practice!
