Restorative Pilates - Align, Balance, Stabilize

Welcome to Restorative Pilates. In this week's class we will focus on our core connection, centering ourselves and how that alignment helps with integrating our overall equilibrium and single leg balance and stability.
In this ongoing class we will explore some of the lesser known but incredibly valuable principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Centering, Mindfulness and Flow. Learn simple ways to dial into and become more present in your body’s alignment. Finding strength & balance while releasing stuck energies, gives your system an opportunity to reboot; spirit, mind & body.
PROPS: Chair, Roller, Pinky Ball, Gertie Ball, Theraband. Find a blank wall and floor space to roll out on where you can still view the class online.
