Today we begin by looking at a common pressure many of us carry without even realising it. The feeling that we need to have everything together. The perfect career, the perfect habits, the perfect life.
But when you slow down and look closely, you realise something important. Nobody is perfect. Every person you meet is navigating doubts, mistakes, and challenges in their own way.
In this first session, we’ll explore how the idea of perfection quietly creates stress and self judgement in our lives. Through meditation and reflection, we’ll begin loosening our grip on that pressure and start building a healthier, more compassionate relationship with ourselves.
This is the first step toward embracing a beautifully imperfect life.
