Pranayama and Meditation

In this session I guide you through yogic breathwork and meditation. The session will help you to tune into nature's rhythm, be present, ground yourself with focus, energy, gratitude, and motivation. Yoga is all about facing discomfort, leaning into it to build resilience, strength, love, and liberation for all. Please know that you are responsible for yourself, make sure you are physically and mentally fit to join this session. Honour your body, mind, and spirit.
