In this session, we'll move through a grounded, intentional sequence designed to open the hips, lengthen the hamstrings, and invite the nervous system to downshift. You'll leave feeling longer, lighter, and more at ease. This class is for you if you run, walk, cycle, or simply need to unwind. All levels are welcome. Modifications offered throughout. Use of blocks encouraged.
