This live session is a trauma-sensitive meditation, offering a gentle, choice-based approach that supports nervous system safety and personal agency. We’ll begin with a grounding practice to calm the nervous system and return to an inner sense of safety.
From that settled place, you’re invited, only if it feels right, to gently connect with a sense of kindness, no matter how big or small.
If that doesn’t feel right, you’re welcome to simply rest your awareness to your breath or body sensations.
This is a nurturing, grounding practice designed to help you reconnect, relax, and feel supported from within.
