Emotions don’t disappear when we ignore them. They stay in the body, in the breath, and in the nervous system. Over time, this can create heaviness, tension, and emotional fatigue. In this live guided meditation, we’ll gently create space to release emotional buildup and return to a calmer, more balanced inner state. We’ll use mindful breathing, gentle awareness, and compassionate presence to let emotions move and unwind naturally. During this session, you will be guided to: - Settle the nervous system - Release emotional tension stored in the body - Observe emotions without judgment - Create a sense of inner clarity and lightness This practice is suitable for all levels.
