Please join me if you are new to meditation, or just wanting to revisit the basic techniques that can help support a regular meditation practice. In this session I will share with you just how simple it is to meditate. We will begin with an explanation of what we are doing while we meditate, along with some tips of simple ways to get started....and of course we will meditate using the 3 stage practice working with sound, body and breath. This is an interactive session so please feel free to ask questions pre and post our meditation practice.
