In this live session (and during February), we’ll gently explore the idea that you can’t change what you’re not aware of. Before trying to fix, improve, or push yourself forward, it’s important to first notice what’s already happening—your thoughts, habits, emotions, and inner patterns—without judgment.

A short reflective talk on awareness before change
Gentle laughter yoga to release tension and shift energy
A calming mindful breathing practice to help you settle and reconnect
