Chair Yoga – Move, Breathe, Flow

Chair Yoga is a wonderful way to bring movement, flow, stretching, mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, and improved range of motion into your day regardless of injuries, mobility challenges, or experience level.
In this 45-minute class, you’ll gently wake up every part of your body, from head to toes. Through supportive, breath-guided movement, you’ll build strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, and calm your mind all with the support of a chair.
This practice is designed to meet you exactly where you are; accessible, intentional movement that feels good and supports your body safely. These simple techniques can be incorporated anytime you find yourself near a chair. A few mindful breaths. A gentle stretch. A seated twist. Wellness doesn’t have to wait as yoga can happen anywhere.
Welcome yourself as you are and leave the practice feeling refreshed, steady, and more connected.
Props include a sturdy chair on a non-skid surface. Optional prop is a yoga block.
