Breathe With Me (Mini Series Week 6): Gentle Embodied Explorations to Meet Your Breath

**Over the coming weeks, we’ll revisit the breathing habits and patterns we explored last year. Each week's practice will be themed around one pattern, creating space to recognise, explore, and begin to dissolve it. With seven patterns in total, this little mini series offers a supportive way to revisit and integrate your learnings. Even if you didn't attend the series last year, please join our wonderful community of luxurious breathers. This week, we'll explore breath grabbing.**
You're invited to join me every week for a calming and expansive breathing practice designed to help you reconnect with your breath as a source of ease and support. We’ll begin by grounding together, then move through a gentle embodied breathing practice, with room to explore your unique rhythm and pace.
I love to ground each practice with a theme - inspired by a poem or piece of writing, a reflection or something in the natural world - as a way of deepening the explorations.
We usually meet for around an hour, and you're welcome to join for as much as the practice as you choose.
For many years, conscious breathing sat outside my window of tolerance. Befriending my breath and appreciating its magic has taken time, patience and compassion. This lived experience shapes the gentle, titrated approach I now offer.
There is nothing to achieve or get right in this practice. It's an opportunity to feel, sense and experience the transformative potential of befriending your breath in the presence of our wonderful community.
Whether you are new to this space or returning, I'm so looking forward to sharing this practice together.
