With mindful stretching & relaxation techniques, you'll find relief from discomfort & restore a sense of calm. After the practice join a supportive community discussion where you can ask questions, share your challenges, & explore how to get back to an active, vibrant life. Yoga is 50 minutes & the conversation will be 40-60 minutes.
