Spring Awakening Yoga Series: Week on Air AWAKEN

Inspired by the element of air: This practice is an invitation to wake something up inside of you. We’ll move through gentle breath work, breath-led flows, gentle twists, and playful transitions designed to create space in both the body and the mind. Expect moments of curiosity, exploring poses like crow pose, maybe even trying something new without needing to get it “right.”This is not about doing more. It’s about noticing more. Together, we’ll explore what begins to shift when you soften control and allow movement to feel a little more like discovery.
