When life feels overwhelming, your nervous system often stays stuck in “survival mode.” This session is designed to guide your body and mind back to a state of safety and calm.
We will use gentle movements, calming breathwork and a grounding meditation to gently shift your body from stress to restoration.
This class includes:
• slow tension-releasing movements
• calming breath practices to regulate the nervous system
• a body-based meditation for deep relaxation
• a closing moment of stillness to integrate the calm
