Hayahay: Honoring The Eyes As Soul Vessel — Color Therapy Meditation + Gabaybayin Messages From Your Spirit Guides [Copied]
With Kimberly Macatangay
The Filipino ancestral practice of Hayahay is a meditative ritual of self-honoring, breath, and soul alignment, rooted in pagninilay — turning inward, remembering who we are beneath pressure, expectation, and survival.
In this gathering, we focus on the Eyes as one of the seven soul vessels — sacred gateways of perception, memory, intuition, and inner sight.
Through color therapy, chanting, breath-based release, and guided visualization, we soften and nourish the soul of the Eyes, clearing emotional and energetic tension held in our vision — not only the sight we use to look outward, but the one we use to look within.
At the end of the ritual, participants who wish may receive —
✨ a single 1-drop Gabaybayin rune
carrying a message from your Spirit Guides, meant to support your clarity, path, and evolution.
🌀 What We Will Experience
• Color Therapy Meditation to soothe and refresh the eyes energetically and emotionally
• Hayahay Self-Honoring Ritual (Ha–Ya–Hay) to release heaviness and awaken inner sight
• Breath + guided visualization for renewal and soul alignment
• Gabaybayin Divination (optional) — one rune, one message from Spirit
🌿 Why This Practice Matters
The Eyes do more than see the world — they interpret it, remember it, filter it, and feel it.
When the Eyes are tired on the soul level, we may experience:
• blurred intuition
• emotional fatigue
• heaviness in decision-making
• self-doubt and stress
• difficulty accessing vision for the future
By honoring the Eyes as a soul vessel, we:
• reclaim inner clarity
• deepen intuitive trust
• soften the way we see ourselves and others
✨ 3 Main Benefits of This Session
Emotional release and clarity of inner vision— releasing what the eyes have held and restoring intuition
Reduced mental and energetic fatigue around the eyes— softening judgment, pressure, and overstimulation
Connection with personal spiritual guidance— through a 1-drop Gabaybayin rune message from Spirit Guides
🌱 What to Prepare
• A small amount of body oil (coconut preferred, but any is welcome)
• Comfortable and quiet space
• Optional incense or candle for grounding and honoring
Come exactly as you are — whether your eyes are tired or bright, overwhelmed or hopeful, filled with tears or filled with dreams.
All are welcome in the spirit of kapwa — shared inner self, shared remembering, shared return to ease.
I am honored to hold this ritual with you 🤍
