Alongside my courses "The Struggle Of Relationship Conflict" and "Heal Emotions That Fuel Relationship Conflict", I offer this guidance about how to feel better after fights and arguments with people who are important to you. Fights and arguments in your couple or family take their toll not only during the argument, but even more so afterwards when you're feeling upset, at the other person or at yourself, for hours or even days. This can harm your ability to live well, to get things done, to believe in yourself, and just to have a good day. In this live session, which will be a combination of teaching and practice, I'll talk about what you can do to stop the cycle of misery after conflict.
