TCM Yin: Earth

In this slow-paced yin class, poses are held for 1-5 minutes to increase flexibility and hydration of the facial tissues. Each yin class in this series focuses on a different meridian system in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I recommend having two yoga blocks, a blanket, and a strap. If you don't have these items handy, you could use rolled-up towels, pillows, a belt, or get creative! You may also enjoy using a bolster or any other yin yoga props you have at home.
