Open Your Heart: A Wholehearted Yoga Class

In this class, we will open the heart center with Wholehearted Yoga practices including pranayama, a kundalini kriya, meditation, laughter, and deep relaxation. Let's awaken to more courage, compassion, and love by opening our heart chakras. This is the first class in a four-part series for "Heart Month" this February. The class may run between 60-75 min.
