Weekly Mindful Doodle Practice A-Z Series: āZ is for....ā [90 minutes]
With Abigail Louise K
We are doodling the alphabet over a 26 part series to give our busy mind a break and to focus on the things we're grateful for, intending or reflecting on. This is a practice in being present and detaching from the outcome, using the letters and the doodle patterns as a point of focus.
You do not need to have any artistic 'talent'. Our focus is on the process. This is a mindful creative practice to compliment your meditation habits, to help you feel calm and peaceful while intentionally moving your awareness and nurturing your innate creativity and curiosity.
