Deep Reset: Breath and Meditation on “I Am" [Copied]

Heartful welcome, dear soul.
This class has a special focus on Bhastrika breathing. We will practice 20 minutes of breathwork, followed by Shavasana, capacity breathing, and a guided meditation.
These practices are inspired by the powerful traditions of the Indian rishis incl. 8 limb yoga.
Before the session, please do a light exercise to release stress and take a salt bath or tap a salt on your wet body in shower and leave it for 5-10 min. Extremely powerful to cleanse the energy body.
Breathwork regulates the nervous system and stabilize attention. It fills you up with life force / chi / prana - your body will regenerate much much quicker.
Then we will move into an intuitive prayer and a soul affirmation inspired by MCKS.
We will close with energy grounding and blessings to avoid congestion of energy in the head area, followed by a short guided self-massage.
Style: experiential, simple, and non-religious.
