Somatic Kundalini Yoga is a gentle yet profound evolution of the traditional practice of Kundalini Yoga. Instead of performing movements mechanically, the focus lies on the internal felt sense and nervous system regulation. We combine the powerful mantras, breathwork (pranayama), and sequences (kriyas) of Kundalini Yoga with somatic principles: listening to the body’s cues, honoring individual capacity, and creating a safe container for healing. It’s not about achieving a perfect posture or having perfect alignment, but about safely navigating your internal energy and expanding your capacity for life in its fullness.
