Through calm breathing, soothing imagery, and quiet moments of spacious silence, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where the body can naturally let go and sleep can arise with ease. This session is offered in a slow, spacious, and comforting style from the peaceful mornings of NE Thailand. There is nothing you need to achieve or understand. Simply lie down, listen, and allow the mind and body to settle into stillness. You are welcome to fall asleep during the meditation, or simply rest quietly and receive. Each session ends in gentle silence, creating a soft threshold into sleep.
