It offers a potent combination of Mindful Vinyasa Flow, Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini yoga, Breathwork and Meditation. This practice is an invitation to not only explore the physical aspect of yoga, but also to connect with subtle realms of energy, mind and heart, cultivating deeper state of presence, awareness and connection. During this class you'll warm up and strengthen your body through asana practice. You'll shift and stabilize your energy using ancient Kriya and breathwork techniques. Finally, you'll be guided to calm and clear your mind with a meditation practice. All designed to leave you feeling empowered, radiant and deeply connected to yourself.
