Welcome to Restorative Pilates. In this ongoing class we will explore some of the lesser known but incredibly valuable principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Centering, Mindfulness and Flow. Learn simple ways to dial into and become more present in your body’s alignment. Finding strength & balance while releasing stuck energies, gives your system an opportunity to reboot; spirit, mind & body.
This class will focus on our core connection, centering ourselves and how that alignment helps with single leg balance and stability.
PROPS (for today): Chair, Roller, Pinky Ball, Gertie Ball, Theraband. Find a blank wall and floor space to roll out on where you can still view the class online.
