Mindful Breathing: Rest in the Bliss of the Present Moment

Learn how to bring curious and compassionate attention to your body and mind as you witness sensations, thoughts and emotions arising and passing in the space of consciousness. Instead of allowing ‘radio me’ to dominate, learn to let go into a state of focused relaxation.
We will start each session with a short chat and a welcome roll call, while we wait for others to join. The meditation usually lasts between 25 & 40 minutes. Then if time allows, we will have an informal chat and meditation reflections afterwards. Everyone welcome!
