Overall I have spent 1.5 years in the beautiful country of India - the last two weeks were a very different experience, yet very interesting as well. Last Live session was about India and Ayurveda - today, I would like to spend a bit more time on the subject of Yoga and how it is practiced here versus how the west practices yoga. Additionally I may also be sharing some anecdotal stories about my stay here, related to the subject. I hope this live session can ignite your own desire to come visit this beautiful place as well.
