Chair Yoga for the Pelvic Floor (45 minutes) (hop on 5 minutes early - we start at the half-hour) This class blends evidence-based movement with accessible yoga to support pelvic floor health. Using the chair for stability, we will explore breath, posture, and gentle strengthening to improve core support, balance, and ease in daily movement. Perfect for those who want to care for their pelvic floor without getting down on the mat. We will be doing both seated and standing poses using the support of a chair. Props: a sturdy flat-backed chair without wheels Led by Kim Wenger Hall, founder of Flourishing Third Wellness. Kim is an experienced yoga teacher and pelvic health educator with over 3,000 hours of teaching experience and more than 500 hours of specialized training. She is dedicated to making yoga practical and accessible, blending science, movement, and whole-body wellness in a clear and compassionate way. Many who join regularly find that this balance of giving and receiving becomes part of their routine — a way to sustain not only their own well-being but also the shared space that supports it.
