Join me for this yoga class exploring postures that ground, stabilize and calm Vata dosha (air ether) Drawing on the wisdom of Ayurvedic Medicine and the Doshas, practices encourage awareness on how we can work with Vata Dosha, in yoga practice. Class includes 15 minutes of discussion and 45 minutes of yoga practice.
