45 min Animal Forms Qigong
With Chia-Ti Chiu
We'll channel our inner animals and playfully practice the Five Animal Forms sequence (the tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and crane). This sequence is designed to promote health and vitality. Feel invited to do this practice either sitting in a chair or standing (or both). Both options will be shown during class. No qigong experience necessary. All are welcome!
