Restorative Pilates - Opening Into Posture: Flexion & Extension [Copied]

Welcome to Restorative Pilates. This week's class will focus on opening & releasing and flexing & extending our spine. Developing awareness and strength to support our posture and alignment.
In this ongoing class we will explore some of the lesser known but incredibly valuable principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Centering, Mindfulness and Flow. Learn simple ways to dial into and become more present in your body’s alignment. Finding strength & balance while releasing stuck energies, gives your system an opportunity to reboot; spirit, mind & body.
PROPS (to have on hand that we cycle through): Roller, Pinky Ball, Theraband, Gertie Ball, light weights (under 5 lbs). Find a blank wall and floor space to roll out on where you can still view the class online.
