Join me for a live Yoga Nidra practice, a space for deep rest and nervous system regulation.
You will be gently guided into a state of conscious relaxation through a body scan, gentle breath, and subtle imagery. There is nothing you need to do, simply lie down or sit comfortably and listen.
This session offers a pause from the demands of daily life, supporting the body to soften and the mind to settle.
You may finish feeling more grounded, rested, and at ease.
