Vin & Yin: Flow Then Surrender

A balanced 60-minute practice that pairs the warmth and vitality of vinyasa flow with the deep, meditative stillness of yin. The first half builds heat through sun salutations and standing poses — strengthening, mobilising, and connecting breath to movement. The second half invites you to slow right down into long-held, supported floor poses that target the deeper connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and create space for inner stillness. This class is designed to honour both sides of your energy. The active and the receptive, the doing and the being. Suitable for all levels with modifications offered throughout. All you need is your mat and a willingness to move, breathe, and let go.
