Intuitive Vin/Yin Practice

This 60-minute Vin/Yin practice honors the Spirit element, inviting us to slow down and listen to the quiet wisdom within the body. Through gentle, grounding movement followed by longer-held Yin postures, we create space for breath, awareness, and intuitive guidance to lead the way. Rather than striving for perfect shapes, the focus is on presence, curiosity, and allowing each pose to unfold naturally. Expect a nourishing practice that leaves you feeling spacious, centered, and deeply connected to your inner guidance. Props recommended: bolster and block (or pillows and blankets) Come as you are, move slowly, and let the body unwind. *Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and make any necessary modifications to ensure a safe, comfortable, and mindful experience throughout the practice. Duration: Approximately 60 minutes.
