3/21/2026 Weekly Bootcamp for Yogic and Mindful Meditation Practice

Long before Shakyamuni sat down under the Bodhi tree, he was already an enlightened Yogi. His early practice spanned the Eight Limbs of Yoga (Aṣṭāṅgayoga). Our weekly exercise starts with Buddha’s basic trainings, covering Asana, Prāṇāyāma (Breathing Exercise) and Dhyāna (Chán or Zen). We then continue with his unique and more advanced teachings including Satipaṭṭhāna, Vipassanā and Brahmavihārā, with special emphasis on Mettā (Loving Kindness and Compassion) Meditation.
