Each pose is supported by mindful breathing and awareness, allowing space for stillness and introspection. Ideal for all levels, this session encourages slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with the body’s natural rhythm. Perfect for unwinding at the end of the day or balancing a more active lifestyle, this practice nurtures both physical ease and emotional balance. Will be held weekly.
