Mystic Method for Deep Sleep is a gentle introduction to a different way of approaching sleep.
If you wake up during the night and struggle to fall back asleep or if your body feels exhausted while your mind stays alert, this session offers a calm and supportive space.
Rather than focusing on techniques or fixing sleep, we’ll look at how to help the nervous system soften and feel safe again allowing rest to return naturally.
The session includes a brief introduction to the Mystic Method, followed by a soothing guided meditation you can return to whenever you need support.
This is an invitation to slow down, release effort and let rest meet you where you are.
