Somatic Grief Support: Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation

This 45-minute session offers a safe and supportive space to gently reconnect with your body during grief. It is suitable for anyone navigating loss, at any stage of their grief journey.
We’ll begin with grounding techniques before moving into somatic movements and restorative yoga postures to support nervous system regulation and emotional healing. I'll then guide you through a short grief-focused meditation, or we will take some time to journal.
Before the session, I invite you to set up a cozy space; Roll out your mat, grab a cushion and a blanket, make a soothing cup of tea, and perhaps light a candle in memory of your loved one.
