A Place to Practice Mindful Eating as A Group

This is a gentle, shared space to eat together mindfully. I’ll be eating with you and offering occasional soft reminders to support awareness of what’s happening in the body and mind as we eat. You’re invited to bring any meal you’d like to enjoy. No experience in Mindful Eating needed :)
