Lights Cameras And No Action
With Joy Truscott
This will be a repeat attempt of the Live Session we were having last week when we were mistakenly disconnected by Insight Timer. At some point in life, we are asked — often quietly — to step into a role.
We do what is needed. We adapt. We perform. And over time, the role can begin to feel like our truth.
In this opening talk, Joy explores how life’s circumstances invite us onto a stage not of our choosing, and how we gradually come to believe the part we are playing is who we are. Together we reflect on visibility, expectation, and the courage it takes to question the roles we have learned to inhabit. This is an invitation to notice where you may be living from a script — and to gently remember the deeper self behind the role.
