Chair + Standing Yoga [Copied]

For individuals who have difficulty getting to the floor or returning to standing. This 45 - 60 min practice will explore yoga from a chair as well as standing poses. Have a chair that does not have arm rests or wheels. A simple folding chair or kitchen chair is ideal.
