In this opening session, we’ll explore:
• What “turbulent times” means in lived experience (inside the mind and body)
• How mindfulness helps us meet fear, anger, grief, and overwhelm without getting swept away
• How self-compassion and common humanity protect peace without turning us passive
• A simple practice for returning to steadiness, even when life stays noisy
We’ll close with a gentle guided meditation to help you reconnect with calm and clarity.
