Meeting Yourself, Gently - #TraumaSensitiveMeditation

This live session is a trauma-sensitive meditation, offering a gentle, choice-based approach that supports nervous system safety and personal agency. We’ll begin with a grounding practice to calm the nervous system and return to an inner sense of safety. From that settled place, you’re invited, only if it feels right, to gently connect with a safe place within you (real or imagined), and notice if you want to connect with an aspect of yourself, in small ways. If that doesn’t feel right, you’re welcome to simply rest your awareness to your breath, body or your surroundings. This is a nurturing, grounding practice designed to help you reconnect, relax, and feel supported from within. I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to practicing with you.
