Yin Yoga for the Hips [Copied]

Yin Yoga is a meditative deep stretching practice where we work into the fascia and connective tissue holding postures at a moderate intensity for 3-5 minutes. In today's practice we'll focus on opening and releasing from the hips: an area of the body where we tend to hold a lot of tension. Everyone welcome! Bring a block and a blanket if you have them.
