Learning Relaxation

We will develop the skill of 'relaxation'. Relaxation is a letting go that allows to weaken any defensive response of body or mind. By enjoying the letting go our body and mind will automate relaxation as it understands the advantage of it - rather than the disadvantage of resisting, tensing, and so forth.
Other Terms of Relaxation might be Contentment, Acceptance, Letting Go, Equanimity.
We access relaxation via cycling through 1) Recognizing Effort 2) Releasing Effort 3) Enjoying. Structure of the session include 1) initial practice instructions 2) guided practice 3) explanation 4) Question & reports.
