You are invited to join Padma for a Live Movement Meditation. Movement is meditation when you bring your presence to each moment. Experience a gentle journey into the body and an opportunity to slow down, move, breathe and feel. Your breath and body bring you into the moment and in this practice you will be rewiring your brain and body to support deeper, more easeful presence. It will be relaxing, fun and leave you feeling a sense of peace. Padma has been studying movement her whole life and it is her great joy to offer it to our wonderful Insight Timer community. In this practice we will combine the gift of movement and complete the session together basking in stillness. Please join us.
