Take Control of Your Mind: Stop Overthinking, Break Thought Spirals & Reclaim Your Focus
With Jaqueline Kim
This live event is a deep dive into what it truly means to take control of your mind in a world full of noise, overthinking, and mental overwhelm. We’ll explore why you get stuck in loops of overanalyzing, feeling like you need to “figure everything out,” and how this leads to paralysis instead of clarity. You’ll learn how to build awareness around your thought patterns—recognizing when your mind is spiraling versus when something actually deserves your attention.
We’ll break down how limiting beliefs and intrusive thoughts can feel urgent and real, even when they’re not, and how to stop letting them control your actions. You’ll be guided on how to consciously choose new thoughts and perspectives—even before you fully believe them—and reinforce them through aligned action. This is about strengthening your ability to not engage with what doesn’t serve you, rather than trying to “fix” every thought that arises.
A core focus will be on devotion to self—channeling your energy into your growth, your craft, your body, and your purpose. When you are grounded in action and fully present in your life, you naturally become unavailable for mental patterns that drain you. We’ll also talk about the difference between avoidance and intentional non-engagement, and how to trust when it’s time to let life unfold without interference.
This session will help you come back to the present moment, reclaim your focus, and build a powerful inner stability where your mind works for you—not against you.
