Breathe & Recharge -Live Nervous System Reset [Copied]

This live session offers a calm safe space to pause, breathe, and reset your nervous system. Through gentle breath awareness, guided stillness, and moments of quiet rest, you’ll be invited to soften tension and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness. The session includes an energising breathing phase followed by a deeper relaxation period. Dynamic Double Breathing (please familiarise yourself to get the most out of your practice) We practise 3 rounds of 30 double breaths. Each breath includes: • 2 sharp inhales through the nose • 2 sharp exhales through the mouth 30 breaths total: – 10 into the belly – 10 one belly / one chest – 10 into the chest After the final exhale, we gather the breath up and release the air and hold the breath out for as long as feels comfortable. When your body asks for air, take a slow recovery inhale through the nose and allow the breath to settle for a pause of 12 seconds, then release with an "ahhh breath" and breath normally before we begin the next round. If you are pregnant, think you may be pregnant, or prefer not to hold the breath, simply continue with gentle natural breathing. Listening to your body is always encouraged. There’s nothing to fix or achieve. You’re welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you, or to rest at any time. Suitable for anyone feeling mentally full, emotionally tired, or in need of grounding. You may practise seated or lying down.
