Savory Sound Journey

This sound journey meditation will start with gentle guidance to focus on the breathing and allowing thoughts and the body to be observed. Sounds will be mindfully weaved in and out of the sequence as there is less verbal engagement over time and primarily sounds to honor, sooth and, potentially, activate the nervous system.
