Each gathering weaves together grounded teaching, somatic and meditative practices, and spacious reflection to support your nervous system, deepen self-attunement, and rebuild trust in your inner experience. This space is especially supportive if you’re navigating chronic overwhelm, difficulty resting, emotional fatigue, or a longing to feel more rooted and regulated.
