Whether you are beginning, ending or mid way through your day, this live meditation invites you to take a break to cultivate calm, peace and ease away from any planning, busyness or doing. It is a gentle body scan practice designed to release the stress and tension you may be holding. We’ll move slowly through the body, bringing awareness to each area with kindness and presence. As stress melts away, the mind softens, and the body relaxes — either ready to start the day, offering a reset through the day or set up to rest easy for the night. This session is suitable for all levels. Whether you’re new to meditation or experienced, you are warmly welcome. Come just as you are, and give yourself the gift of connection and stillness.
